Watermelon Ice Recipe
Recipe Ingredients
200 gm piece watermelon
crushed black rock salt to taste
1/2 tsp kewra
1 tsp dried mint leaves
pomegranate syrup- to taste
Recipe Procedure
Peel and deseed the watermelon.
Add rock salt, kewra and mint and blend completely. Freeze until half frozen.
Pour into glasses and top with some pomegranate syrup
Badaam Milk Recipe

1 cup milk-chilled
1 cup condensed milk
1 cup almonds
a pinch of cardamom powder
1 cup ice - crushed
Recipe Procedure
Place the almonds in a bowl and pour boiling water over. Leave for an hour.
Chop half the almonds fine and place the other half in a blender.
Place the milk, condensed milk, cardamom powder and ice in the blender too.
Blend till well mixed and serve garnished with the chopped almonds.
Strawberry Lassi Recipe

45 ml fresh strawberry crush or puree
75 ml yoghurt
grain sugar to taste
water or crushed ice to top
Recipe Procedure
Blend yoghurt, sugar and water or crushed ice.
Pour into glass and add strawberry crush for a good color base.
Iced Coffee Recipe

1/2 litre sweetened coffee-double strength and freshly brewed
200 ml milk
grated nutmeg
dash of rum/ coffee liqueur
4 scoops ice-cream
dusting of icing sugar
Recipe Procedure
Freeze a tray of ice-cubes with some of the coffee brew.
Blend the remainder with milk, nutmeg and rum until frothy.
Pour the coffee over the ice-cubes and finish with ice cream and a dusting of cocoa.

3 cups ripe tomatoes, diced
1/2 cup peeled and diced cucumber
1 clove
1/4 cup curd, beaten
5 to 6 fresh mint sprigs
1/4 tsp stevia
1/4 tsp rock salt
Recipe Procedure
Blend tomatoes, cucumber and garlic in a blender.

500 gm mango pulp
1 tsp cardamom powder
1 tsp powdered sugar
1 tsp water
30 ml lime juice
20 gm chaat masala powder
05 gm crushed cumin
Recipe Procedure
Mix all the ingredients and add enough sugar and water to get the desired sweetness and consistency.
Chill and serve garnished with mint leaves.

750 gm yoghurt
50 gm cubes
salt or sugar
200 ml water
Recipe Procedure
Crush the ice cubes in a blender. Add the yoghurt, water, salt or sugar.
Blend for about 1 minute. Serve chilled.
After this you can add masala like bhuna jeera and kala namak and as desired.

Recipe Ingredients
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup sugar-powdered
3 cups water
1 cup crushed ice
A few mint leaves for garnish-optional
Recipe Procedure
Blend the lemon juice, sugar and water together, till the sugar dissolves.
Divide the ice into four glasses, pour the nimbu paani over it, and serve, garnished with the mint leaves.

Use the following ingredients to prepare or make Karam Pulusu recipe at home.
Tamarind – 1/3 cup Chilli powder - 1 teaspoon Coriander seeds - 1 teaspoon Black pepper – 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds – ½ teaspoon Fenugreek seeds – ½ teaspoon Onions – 2 Garlic – 2 Tomatoes – 2 Curry leaves Oil – 2 tablespoons Salt to taste Coriander leaves Black gram – 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds – ½ teaspoon
Karam Pulusu Recipe Making Procedure
Firstly soak tamarind in water. Later extract the pulp from it and mix chili powder, coriander powder and a pinch of turmeric with the pulp. Now fry black pepper, cumin seeds, and fenugreek seeds in a pan with out oil. Then grind them into fine powder. Now grate tomatoes, coriander leaves, and onions into tiny pieces and put them aside. Now take a pan and pour oil in it. Add black gram, mustard seeds and some cumin seeds and fry for some time. Now add grated onions, tomatoes, coriander leaves, tamarind pulp and some water. Now cook it for 10 minutes and after that add the powder of black pepper, cumin seeds, and fenugreek seeds powder in it. And the spicy Karam Pulusu is ready to have with hot rice.

Use the following ingredients to prepare or make Indian Salsa recipe at home.
1 Large tomato
1 green chilies
1tsp urad dal
1/2tsp musturd seeds
3 curry leaves
1tsp vegitable oil

Indian Salsa Recipe Making Procedure
1. Wash and boil 5 minutes.
2. Coll it for some time and peal the skin
3. With blender make think paste, but too pasty
4. Add salt to taste
5. Chop Gree Chilli in to small pices
6. fry (season) oil, Urad dal, musturd seeds and curry leaves. When the musturd seeds sprout add the green chillies and roast for a minute.
7. Add to the tomato paste.
8. Cool it (Keep in refg.) and serve with chips.
Corn Soup Recipe

Use the following ingredients to prepare or make Corn Soup recipe at home.
1 cup American corn
1 cup Peas
1 tsp Sugar 1 tsp.
1 bunch Spring onions(Chopped)
1 no Red pepper(chopped)
1/2 cup Sour Cream
3 tbsp Mint leaves(chopped)
Few Cabbage leaves to serve in.
Pepper to taste
Salt to taste
Corn Soup Recipe Making Procedure
Wash and boil the corn till it is soft, drain water and set aside.
Boil the peas in water add salt and a pinch of sugar,and cook till soft.Drain the water and keep aside.
Mix all the ingredients,peas corn in a bowl and mix well with spoon.Sprinkle salt and pepper on it.Serve chilled in cabbage leaves.

1 cucumber

Cut onion and cucumber like thin slices.Chop Carrots length wise.
Wash and clean raddish and slit them vertically.
Cut tomatoes into thin slices.
Arrange all the vegetables in a round plate each vegetable in one round put mint leaves,coriander leaves and lemon in the middle.sprinkle salt,black peper and sugar,cover it with plastic wrap and keep it in the refrigerator.
Serve chilled.It goes well with chapathis and rice.
